Our new Rome
It hasn't taken very long to erect our new home with Ryan Homes. We are building the Rome model with the optional 5th bedroom, morning room and finished attic. We had our pre drywall meeting on this past Monday October 21, 2013. I'm excited to share with you our progress so far. We should be ready to close by December.

The Bonus Room
Our new home is one of the first that Ryan Homes has built in our area with the optional full 3rd floor, finished attic space. It will be a bonus room for my rowdy clan! Can't wait!!

Floor plans!
Each floor plan. Kids picked outheir rooms already. Our new home will be one of the first ones that Ryan Homes has built with the new fully finished 3rd floor attic space. It will be our bonus room! I can't wait to have a bonus room for toys!!!
The first floor will have hardwoods in the foyer, formal living and formal dining. Also in the mud room area and powder room. I went with lanolium in the kitchen and morning room because I have 4 children who are always making messes in the kitchen and I'm Sure they will ruin hardwoods. The family room and study will have carpet.

Blue prints
We chose the Rome elevation B. It's a little more traditional. The thin lines indicate where there will be brick and the thicker lines indicate vinyl siding.
Our lot
Love our lot we picked. It's right on the edge of a cul de sac. It's nice and flat and going to be great for the kids.
Our new Ryan Home
Follow my family on our journey as we build our new home with Ryan Homes. We chose the Rome floor plan, elevation B with the optional finished attic. We also went with the upgraded kitchen with the morning room and granite countertops and added a fifth bedroom on the second floor.
